He is also the author of Don’t Shoot the Piano Player, a book on professional selling and effective sales management, which is used by educational institutions and companies alike as a model for building and maintaining successful sales teams.

Ms. Skold is a business strategist with over ten years of experience in profit-driven planning, management, and stewardship in large and small corporations. She has tremendous experience in analyzing and refining annual operating plans as submitted for approval, developing and monitoring the implementation of strategies, ensuring long-term financial viability, and if necessary, developing a turnaround strategy and growth plan.While acquiring experience as a strategist capable of maintaining growth or reversing market share loss, Ms. Skold is also a PhD candidate in International Business and Finance.
